DESCRIPTION:The fabulous Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort & Casino is the site of the 2022 CAWV Midyear Meeting\, which will be held January 28 - February 2\, 2022. The Program Committee is working to provide an abundant mix of business\, sporting and social activities to truly make the 2022 meeting one you will not want to miss. All members have received an email with details and reservation information and website to access the Hyatt reservation portal. Due to pent up demand from COVID\, and with February being the height of Aruba's tourist season\, the hotel warns us not to expect rooms to be available after our deadline \n\n \n\nPLEASE NOTE: Many changes have developed in passport requirements over the last year due to the COVID pandemic. It is taking 120 to 180 days for the U. S. State Department to issue a passport. Members needing a passport should start the process immediately. Children under the age of 16 DO need a passport. New rules have been instated concerning birth certificates and legal forms of identification. Passport information can be obtained at www.travel.state.gov.  \n\n \n\nThe Program Committee hopes members plan to attend what promises to be a most enjoyable meeting at what many consider to be their favorite CAWV meeting site. But please remember\, hotel rooms may not be available after September 20. If you plan to attend\, don't delay!
