The 2027 Midyear Meeting will be held at the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort, a beachfront property overlooking the Caribbean Sea and located just minutes from historic Willemstad.

CAWV has secured a special room block for Midyear Meeting attendees.

IMPORTANT: Please do not book your room directly through the hotel website. The special CAWV hotel reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email after you successfully register for the Midyear Meeting.

Know Before You Go

Airport: Curaçao International Airport (CUR) serves the island and is located approximately 15 minutes from the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort.

Digital Immigration Card: All visitors must complete Curaçao's Digital Immigration Card online before clearing immigration. Each traveler, including children, must complete an individual card.

💰

Currency: The official currency is the Caribbean Guilder (Cg). U.S. dollars are widely accepted throughout Curaçao, and major credit cards are commonly accepted.

Language: Papiamentu, Dutch, and English are official languages. English is widely spoken throughout the island.

🚗

Getting Around: Taxis, rental cars, and public transportation are available throughout Curaçao. Additional transportation information for Midyear Meeting attendees is outlined below.

Activities & Transportation

CAWV is working with ECO DMC to finalize transportation and optional activities for the 2027 Midyear Meeting. Complete details and registration information will be provided to registered attendees in October 2026.

Airport Transportation

The Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort does not provide an airport shuttle. CAWV is working with ECO DMC to offer registered attendees the opportunity to reserve round-trip transportation between Curaçao International Airport and the resort. Advance registration will be required.

Midyear Activities

Midyear Meeting traditionally includes an Early Bird activity and a group excursion, along with additional opportunities to experience the destination and connect with fellow CAWV members. Activities for Curaçao are currently being finalized and will require advance registration.
