CAWV Construction Leadership Program 2024

The Contractors Association of West Virginia (CAWV) created the Construction Leadership Program to educate young professionals on the many perspectives and tools of the construction industry. The program focuses on maximizing the leadership potential of young industry professionals to benefit them personally as well as the construction industry.

The Construction Leadership Program is for any member that is in a leadership role or could possibly be moving into a leadership position. The program is ideal for estimators, safety coordinators, operation managers, project managers, field resource coordinators, construction superintendents, and others in the construction field. This program is limited to 30 participants.
